A cheeky chappie

My sister is needing to part with her cockatiel. He is about 11 years old and called Charlie. He comes out of his cage every day and flies freely and she would like someone who would love him as much as she does and let him fly around. He doesn't stay out too long, but she wont let him go to anyone who wouldn't let him fly. He is gray in colour with a bit of yellow and white with bright orange cheeks. He is friendly and sings a lot. He will come with his own home and home comforts. The cage is very easy to clean.
