Talk about the frogs and other pondlife here

Toads always come after the frogs but I am not sure when exactly.
My frogspawn has started to deliver it's tadpoles and there are various little black explosions within the sludge which is all that's left of the spawn. I have also found another few clumps of new spawn away from the rest in the Iris. This has been laid a good few weeks later so maybe a few of the frogs got waylaid on their journey back. :lol:

Mine too, I have about 12 buckets with a clump in each.
3 of the buckets have taddies swimming freely
5 others are still resting on the jelly
4 spawn dropped to the bottom and I can't see anything
