This is Charles de Meurville, one of my new 'posh' lilies. I was hoping for much more wine colouration. :( :( :-\ :-\

I hope my other 'posh' lilies are more rewarding.
I am told there is a chance it will colour up with subsequent blooms, I hope so but they will be next year I think.

It is lovely Sean. Could it be exactly the right colour it should be, and have been mislabelled?

I hope its not mislabelled, I think this came from Bromfields in England, http://www.bromfieldaquatics.co.uk/stor ... s/l350.jpg .
I posted this on an american board and some people suggest that the blooms darken as the plant ages, ie subsequent blooms may be darker. I had a look on http://www.victoria-adventure.org/ and unfortunately their C de M photos are similar to mine. I just hope mine does deepen in colour as the plant ages. :?
